Apparel Production
1.Pre-production confirmation and material preparation:
Check the final design drawings and technical package (including size, process, color matching) with the customer to confirm the batch production quantity; simultaneously check the inventory of fabrics and auxiliary materials (buttons, zippers, labels, etc.), complete procurement and quality inspection according to production needs, and ensure that the materials meet the standards.
2.Fabric pretreatment and cutting:
The fabric is pre-shrunk (to avoid deformation of the finished product after washing), and then cut in batches using automated cutting equipment according to the layout (to optimize fabric utilization). After cutting, the pieces are classified and numbered to prevent confusion.
3.Piece-by-piece sewing:
Assign the pieces to corresponding workstations according to the division of labor. First, complete the basic sewing (such as the side seams of the top and the seams of the bottoms), and then carry out the detailed processing (installing zippers, sewing buttons, sewing pockets, etc.). Each link is simultaneously quality inspected to ensure neat seams and accurate dimensions.
4.Pressing, shaping and initial inspection:
The finished garments are first professionally pressed (temperature adjusted according to the fabric characteristics, flattening the pattern and fixing the shape), followed by an initial inspection to check for loose threads, loose threads, dimensional deviations and other problems. Defective items are marked and sent for repair.
5.Labeling and final inspection:
Customized labels (woven labels, care labels, etc.) are affixed according to customer requirements, followed by final inspection to comprehensively check the garment's pattern, workmanship, appearance, and label placement to ensure that each product meets custom standards.
6.Packaging and bulk delivery:
Qualified garments are folded and packed into customized packaging (including moisture-proof bags and branded packaging bags) according to customer requirements, and attached with hang tags, after-sales cards, etc. Finally, they are packed into boxes according to the agreed quantity, and the logistics company (such as the express or freight method confirmed in advance) is contacted. The logistics information is also notified to the customer to complete the bulk delivery.
