Clothing Prototype
A precise, comprehensive tech pack is critical to garment production—it bridges design and mass production, directly impacting product quality and efficiency. As your “communication blueprint” with manufacturers, it integrates all key product technical details to ensure accurate interpretation of design, from fabric choice and assembly to packaging.
We simplify tech pack creation with professional support, including:
- Free Design Consultation: Align designs with production logic;
- Drawing Support: Construction & proportionally accurate technical drawings (clear structural markings);
- Visual Solutions: Multiple color schemes, printing guides & decoration notes;
- Sizing System: Basic graded specs + measurement diagrams (ensures consistent sizing);
- Material & Packaging: Custom BOM (if materials confirmed) + label/folding/packaging rules.
Key Service Info
- Price: 50−100 (cost-effective full-process support);
- Delivery: 2 weeks (no production delays);
- Bonus: Free full tech pack if you partner with us for garment production (seamless design-to-production flow, lower costs).
How We Make Your Tech Pack
Integrate the core values and style positioning of the brand. The logo should be visually easy to recognize and remember, while being suitable for multiple scenarios such as hangtags, packaging, and physical stores, so as to convey the brand's personality.
1. Garment Brand Logo
Attach text annotations next to the design drawings to explain the source of inspiration, mark the characteristics of the garment version (e.g., silhouette), and use arrows to point to key design points such as unique necklines and splicing structures. This makes the design concept presented intuitively and reflects the brand's design logic.
2. Design Drawings to Demonstrate Design Concept
For upper garments, it is necessary to mark the shoulder width, bust circumference, garment length, and sleeve length; for lower garments, mark the waist circumference (e.g., 72cm), hip circumference, and pants length. All dimensions should be accurate to 1cm, and the marking positions should be clear to ensure proper fit during production and wearing.
3. Accurate Dimension Marking on Design Drawings
Mark the color code and color name (e.g., Pantone color number) at the corresponding parts of the design drawing, and explain the color matching logic. For example: main color (off-white), secondary color (light gray), and accent color (caramel brown). This creates a simple and high-end style that meets the preferences of the target customer group.
4. Design Color Matching Marking
List the materials required for production and their specifications, including fabrics, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials; specify the quantity and material of hangtags to ensure the smooth progress of procurement and production.
5. Bill of Materials
Mark the assembly process in sequence and emphasize the technical standards; first put the garment into a moisture-proof bag, then place it into a customized packaging bag, add the hangtag and after-sales card, and stick a brand sticker on the sealing part to enhance the product texture.
